This incredible 1950s unglazed floor tile is called R. Brown. Each sheet is 13" x 26" x 1/4" thick. Manufactured by Olean Tile in the USA in the 1950s. Pattern is Block Random. 

This tile is meant to be set with the paper up as shown in the photo.
